Due to advances in technology our locally based offices (in UK & Turkey) can deal with your requirements first hand - from finding a suitable plot, arranging the purchase, processing the government checks, locating an architect and gaining the required government approval. Our traditional construction engineers and finishing teams can complete the task from the bare plot, foundations, building through to the interior, creating your home under your/our instructions (subject to local materials and government requirements and regulations).

We are a rare combination of full-service designers, builders and developers of residential and commercial spaces. Our expertise spans the gamut from dream-come-true custom homes to transformational remodels to simple additions. Property Management and Maintenance

For all your needs Address will be there to assist you when you are moving into your dream home. Our relationship with clients doesn’t just end with the finalising of the purchase. We look after all our clients’ needs before and after the sale is complete. For the affordable fee, our team of professionals will provide you with everything your property might require, including looking after your apartment, furnishing, rentals and re-sales. All you have to do is sit back and relax. With Address your property is in safe hands. All properties within the complex will have communal and individual management services. They are as follow:

Communal Management Service:THE GARDEN

We have a local team of landscape gardeners who will install an irrigation system, if required, and design your garden to your taste. We will also maintain your garden on a weekly basis.

THE POOL

We will look after your pool, making sure that it is clean and it has enough water. We will be changing the water and cleaning the pool and surroundings on a regular basis.

SEWAGE

Our company will look after the sewage making sure that everything is in order.

WATER

Our team will be looking after the water supply, ensuring the water tank for your property is full, the pressure and pumps are working properly and the pipes and connection is normal.

ELECTRICS

Address Construction will be responsible for the maintenance of exterior electricity and the general electricity supply.

PROTECTION OF YOUR PROPERTY

Although there is little crime in Turkey, for your own peace of mind, we can install a security system with closed circuit television monitored by a professional security team, linked to the local police station. We will also have a security team with a man at the entrance of the property for extra security.

Individual Management Service:

RENTALS

Many clients buy a property in Turkey in order to rent it out and get a rental income. Address Construction will be helping you to do that. If you require your property to be rented out, we will advertise it for rentals both in Turkey and in the UK, make checks on potential tenants and find a suitable person for renting the property.

RE SALE

Should you decide to re-sell your property, we can do it for you. We will advice you on the situation, procedures and legislations. If you require help with the sale, we can advertise the property using local and national media in the UK and Turkey and find a suitable buyer for the property.

INSURANCE

Should you require to get an insurance for your personal belongings, Address will help. We can advice you the suitable company to cover your goods and property for any unwanted events and accidents.

CLEANING SERVICES

Whether you are at home or away, we have a cleaning team at your disposal. With a minimum of 24 hours notice, we can have your home cleaned and we can also purchase essential groceries in anticipation of your arrival.

BILL PAYMENT

When you return to Turkey, the bills will be submitted to you for payment. We can also advise you on setting up a bank account for paying these bills if you wish.

MEETING AND GREETING

Should you require someone to meet you or your friend or family member at the airport, we can help. We will send a driver and bring them to your accommodation safe and sound.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

We can advise or organise the celebrations and parties for the special occasions. Weather it is a wedding, anniversary, a birthday or any other occasion, we will make sure it will be the one you will always remember.

Inspection Trip

So you have been thinking of buying a new home in Turkey, but how do you go about it? There really is only one way of finding the property of your dreams and that is to go on an inspection trip. Why? Because investing money on property abroad is a serious business. You should have an idea of what you are getting for your money and familiarize yourself with the area you are about to invest or move into.

Address Construction will be happy to arrange your inspection trip. We take a pride from giving help and support without pressuring our customers.

We will try our best to provide the peace of mind while You go there to see your dream home. Our inspection trips will surprise and delight you; we take to the account all your needs and every detail of your comfort. All you need to do is have your camera, sun glasses and the pair of comfortable shoes and prepare yourself to enjoy your stay in Turkey. During the time of your trip you will get an opportunity to view each and every one of our developments and familiarize yourself with the area which we are sure you will find exiting and magnificent.

During your inspection trip we will:

Find you suitable accommodation. If you have already made your hotel arrangements, we can arrange you to be picked up from your hotel.

At the end of your visit you will have become an expert on property in Turkey. On the last day, when you make your decision, we explain all the details including total costs, annual costs, legal formalities, furnishing your house, renting potential, opening a bank account, everything you need for your dream home in Turkey.

Getting to Turkey is easy.

Charter Flights are available from UK airports direct into Bodrum.
Prices vary and obviously are at a premium during school holidays, you can expect to pay up to a maximum of £289 per person inclusive of all airport taxes.

Schedule Flights

During the summer and winter months you can fly either to Bodrum or Izmir.
Many of these flights have a stop over of approximately 1 hour enroute and the price can work out very similar to Charter, again we will search for the best available offer to suit your needs.

Airport Transfer

We are happy to pick you up from the airport when you come to Turkey. All you have to do is tell us your flight details and we will be happy to send one of our company cars to pick you up. Our drivers will take an extra care and deliver you to your destination point safely.

If you are on the inspection trip, then we usually cover the cost of airport transfer. Contact us for further details. The normal costs for the transfer are as follow:

Bodrum/Milas Airport to Altinkum costs 1-4 persons £25 one way or £45 return, additional people £15 each (each way). This journey takes 1 hour approx.

Izmir Airport to Altinkum costs 1-4 persons £40 one way or £75 return, additional people £15 each (each way). This journey takes 2 hours approx.

Dalaman Airport to Altinkum costs 1-4 persons £90 one way or £160 return, additional people £25 each (each way). This journey takes 3 hours 30 minutes approx.
